How should I lubricate and clean my airsoft KWA M4A1?

I have the airsoft gi RIS version KWA M4 and I need to clean it and lubricate it because I have never done that and I bought it in late march or early april. What I know right now to do is to spray silicon oil into the feed tube of the mag and the hole that the BB's go into inside the magwell. I know to take some gun cleaning fabric and wrap it around the unjamming rod after spraying the fabric with silicon oil and then using it to clean the barrel. I have ICS silicon oil and ICS gear grease. How much silicon oil should I use for everything, is there any other parts I should clean on it, should I take out the barrel before cleaning it, how long should I let the parts sit after spraying them before I fire the gun, and is there any ohter tips that you guys have for me about this?
