How to handle a pathetic manager?

I work in retail and don't think I should say where I work. I have this line manager who is a complete witch. She is very unproffessional, telling us collegues off like children infront of customers, she has a rude patronising tone to the new people (inc myself), she has given me over 3 warnings for rules i was never even informed about, she is the one arranging the xmas meal and party, and she is choosing "the people she wants to come" as my other manager told me. this meaning the newer members are not invited nor are her co workers she doesnt get on with. there are many other things she does but i was thinking of complaining. should i? should i make it anonomous? how can i deal with this person something has to be done its pathetic and childish i want to put her in her place
