Nuetrogene WAVE?

i just bought it two days ago. ive been using it and its alright i guess. it promises 100% of ppl had results meaning softer brighter skin. but alls it did was bring out my karatosis on my cheeks and not clear my pimples. its not a pimple cleanser but still shouldnt it be working a little? does anyone have good recamendations for skincare OTHER then proactiv?
