I think my step-father is over medicating my disabled mother and not caring for her effectively. What do I do?

Hi there, I work in the Medical field, and this is abuse. You need to contact your local authorities (ie the police dept) immediately. Your mother does not deserve to be treated this way and you can have him arrested.
