I have a wireless connection problem to ask...?

Me and my friend had this problem as well and i know how troublesome it can be... Try using the TMobile Coldspot and then you shouldn't have a problem with the internet or networking. Try moving the laptop next to the router to connect, just so it easily finds the connection. A good reboot method would be to shut them down at the same time, and turning them on at the same time while connected with an ethernet cable. Good Luck!
