Is madison ave east a decent place to live ? is it in east harlem and how safe is it?

you are going to live in spanish harlem...it depends on how far in the barrio you plan to live. We could say closer to the 90s in better, but NYC has changed alot and this part of town may not be as dangerous at night as it once were. i think mad ave east is a decent place to live, just dont go looking for trouble, u may find it.
