Anyone knows about IBIZA 94's Tbi system? Sensor and Common problems?

I am a Electronic Technician, but not a mechanic, i would like to check some sensor? Im not sure about one of them, it is under the intake manifold, it only has a wire, and also i would like to adjust the regulator valve, it is next to the injector, how to reset the ECU, and how to start the ECU module. Its because i already change the TPS sensor, but i discover i need reset the ECU. I tried disconnecting and then connecting the battery, it work ok, but i would like to know more...
