Do I have TMJ? Jaw clicks?

Everytime I am eating there's is a clicking sound in my jaw is doesn't really hurt though and When I yawn and try to close my mouth quickly my jaw locks and it hurts badly. Once in a while when I am eating my jaw will lock and that hurts even more. If it helps I chew a lot of chewing gum. Could this be TMJ or something else?
