Does Cymbalta or Celexa help or hurt anyone?

Hi I have a friend that is on both of these medications at the moment. She was taking the Cymbalta and she thought it was helping... but she was put on the other one recently and now is having problems with anxiety over death... like everything runs in her mind about death... like what will we do in heaven and stuff and its scaring her and the anxiety hasn't stopped... She is thinking about stopping both drugs tonight. Should she? She even went to the hospital but they put her on an anxiety drug and she already stopped that... it was really messing with her mind... and when I seen her she looked super duper drugged up... she was sitting next to me but she seemed like she wasn't really there... She is normally the life of the party and she talks a bunch and she was sitting there like a zombie. I am afraid for her. She is also Diabetic and takes metformin and insulin. Please help me help her. Thanks!
