I'm only 13, and my left testicle really aches and hurts, i am extremely scared?

I'm thirteen and Last week or a while before i remember masturbating and in the middle of it i felt this horrible ache in my left testicle and it got worse and worse like it was in a vice then in let go and didnt hurt again. until just a while ago. im sitting in a chair and even touching the underside of my scroatom hurts so much. after the insident before i conducted a self examination fore a lump and to my knowledge failed to find one. I'm very scared. Can Kids 13 years old get testicular cancer?
