Scary dieting problem. please, i need advice!?
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables! You didn't eat any taht day. Meatloaf and cereal is not a healthy diet. You could have had what you had there - but build on it. Have cereal and fruit for breakfast. Have a small piece of meatloaf but have a big salad and some steamed vegetabels to go with it. Snack on carrots, apples, gs, broccoli florets, celery, etc. Fruits and vegetables will keep you full and energized but without packing on the pounds. You are supposed to eat at least 5 servings every single day. Think about all the vitamins you must be missing!
