Sick, supposed to wake up brother (in charge while parents are away), he sleeps naked?

I've just like thrown up 4 times and i took my temperature, its 103.5. I'm supposed to wake my big brother up if im sick, because he is watching my brother and I since my parents are in Brazil at the moment. The only problem is, he sleeps naked. I don't really want to go into his room if it means seeing him naked because it'll just be awkward, and ive never seen any of my brothers naked nor have they seen me (i mean since the time i was like 4; i had a thing for just going around in my birthday suit from when i was 3 until i was 4). What should i do? should i throw a pair of clean boxers from his drawer at him and then wake him up? ahhhhh
