Were can I find fully trained personal protection dogs?

I've been looking around at different sites and they all seem to have different "levels" of training such as, Family Protector and Man Stopper. According to one of the sites, "Family Protector" is a dog that can be around children and other pets and is very social. "Man Stopper" is a dog that will attack anyone other than his/her handler. I'm not sure if those are scams or what and I have seen some dogs go from $10,000 to $20,000! Now that is ridiculous. I know that these dogs are highly trained and all but come on! I'm not looking to spend anymore than $8500 because if the dog comes from oversees then I will have to pay the cost to have it imported and that is gonna be a pretty penny by itself. The breed of dog I'm looking for is Belgian Malinois or Bouvier Des Flandres. Anyone know of any sites?
