Is this a healthy recipe for dog cake?

Thats actually the exact dog cake I made mine for her 3rd birthday party. ALL the dogs were going crazy over it... only i blended peanut er in with the cottage cheese for icing and i decorated with some store-bought doggie treats. I wouldnt switch out the carrots for bananas, if anything you can add them in as well.
